 PATE with a RED ONION MARMALADE  
SMOKED MACKEREL, flaked on a BED OF SALAD with a SHERRIED PLUM DRESSING   PRAWN COCKTAIL, Served with Cos lettuce, King Prawns and seafood sauce.  

MAIN COURSES
 
SUCCULENT SHANK OF LAMB on a BED OF MASH with a MINT AND REDCURRANT JUS  
Casseroled PHEASANT, with RED WINE and SWEET CHESTNUTS,  served with WINTER ROASTED VEGETABLES
